Our white poplin double cuff shirt (also known as French cuffs) is finished with a blue stripe contrast inside the collars and cuffs. The shirt has a Windsor type collar to better accommodate a tie and includes removable collar stays. We finish all our double cuff shirts with a notched cuff so you can see a small amount of the inside of the fabric. The shirt is complete with white buttons for a more formal look, and features a split yoke for comfort around shoulders. Our tailored fit double cuff shirt sits in between slim fit and classic or regular fit offering nice shape without being too restrictive. If you want a slim fit white shirt we recommend going down one size.

What is Poplin

Poplin is a fabric defined by its manufacturing method. It is a lightweight, plain weave fabric with a vertical warp and a horizontal weft. Coarse cross-grain and finer straight grain threads give the fabric a ribbed effect. The fabric is strong and crisp with a subtle lustrous surface. It is traditionally cotton but can be synthetic or a blend of yarns. Best known for its use in shirts, Ii is also known as tabinet.
