These masks are not N95 medical grade masks as worn by nurses in the front line and should not be used in this way.
The masks are worn with the pleats facing down on the outside of the mask.
Make sure the mask is secure and covers your nose and mouth.
They perform their best when dry and can be laundered like any other cotton garment.
We suggest that they are washed after each days use and that when you remove them you wash your hands thoroughly
